Tyrade
Biography
As the roaring chants of this unmistakable name bleed out of your ears, the echo’s of intense character start to wrap around your thoughts, finding yourself singing out loud and repeating everything you just experienced.
A band first formed five years ago as a solid three piece by members; Ronn Simser on vocals and bass guitar, Tic on lead guitar and Rob Baker on drums; hit the local NNY scene with explosive metal songs such as “go” and “take this” and more melodic metal songs like “outburst” and “the light”. Building an intense and steady fan base, the band continued to develop a stronghold in the northern New York scene.
Tyrade’s style began to grow and with it came a new member. Chris Riordan started by perfecting the switchboard enhancing that which you all came out to hear. Chris would later contribute his talents by taking up part time bass playing, and allowing Tyrade to explore its multiple talents heard in songs “Scud Missile” and “Outburst II” along with others.
In mid 2008, Tyrade took a break to write and explore more in the aspects of music. The fans (tyrants) were growing anxious. The music scene was missing the band.
Then, without warning, in late 2008 Tyrade was back featuring a new line-up change. With new members Adam “Convict” Hadfield, driving out the spinal tapping percussion, and Tim Anson blistering out the bass riffs, Tyrade had some fresh faces and a new outlook.
Blending original members Ronn and Tic, together with two new members was a nervous notion for fans to take in. However, with new material coursing through their veins, the “tyrants” knew nothing was going to stop the ever climbing progression of Tyrade.
With new integration of talent, Tyrade just keeps bringing the metal to you. With new songs such as “fallen”, a heart-sick metal lick, and “stand-up” a political tribute (soon to be released on a new album along with “another time” and “wasted” to name a few) the band is letting you know Tyrade is hear to stay. So keep your eyes and ears open for the chance to catch this Northern New York Rock/Metal act near you. With Tyrade’s ever growing energy and talent, you are sure to be putting their album 'lost and found' and future works to come on repeat, and finding yourself left in awe from the spectacle of showmanship and adrenaline filled performance they always put on.

TYRADE "TAKE THIS"
To all those who love rock, metal, and all that falls in between, Tyrade is here for you. Tyrade’s CD “Take This” is a well-balanced blend of music that ranges from deep, heart-felt melodies, to screaming tracks that give the listener a swift kick to the you-know-what. Tracks, such as, Outburst and Satisfied draw the listener in with their disarming melodies while at the same time the powerful lyrics reveal moving stories. On the other end of the spectrum, there are tracks such as Go and Disorder. These songs favor the metal side and force-feed intense lyrics to all those who listen.
There is a definite sonic similarity between Tyrade and other bands of the genre. Ron’s vocal style is similar to that of Mudvanye’s. Overall they have a similar style to groups such as Mudvayne, Godsmack, and Breaking Benjamin. This is not to say that the music is generic and easily forgettable; quite the opposite.Their melodies and lyrics are inspiring and have great potential to become well-known both nationally and internationally. These songs are powerful, beautiful, inspirational, and most definitely worth listening to.
