alternative thinking, sustainable living, food, reading, attempting to make all recipes healthier, exercise, psychology, religions- all of them, painting my toes, painting my furniture, painting anything, passionate conversations, home-making, singing along to things I know the words to, comedy-nothing too dirty...anything strange, cartoons, reorganizing things like my sock drawer or kitchen cabinets, sweatpants.
Lately I'm strangely obsessed with Martha Stewart. I even went to a taping of her show....where I asked her what time she goes to sleep at night....right before I was escorted out...(ok that last part didn't happen, she laughed at my question and for those of you who are sick like me, she answered "11" but then proceeded to go off on a tangent about her beloved Paw-Paw, who died the following day. RIP, Paw-Paw. RIP.
You name it I'm probably into it....unless it's currently on the radio as a "new release" of some kind. Then I probably hate it. Oldies on the radio are ok, though. And most things played on FUV.Some things that were randomly selected from my ipod: Wilco, Belle & Sebastian, Lily Allen, Wolf Parade, The Decemberists, Elliot Smith, David Bowie, the Godspel soundtrack, Jenny Lewis, Todd Barry, Aaron Copland, The Chieftans, Bright Eyes, Kanye West, the Wicked Soundtrack, Sam Cooke.
I like to tear movies apart until no one feels good anymore, and the art of escapism and mindless entertainment is lost on all who surround me.Except for movies that are good.
