About Me

Evercrest is a high energy, crowd inciting, classic rock band with a progressive hard rock/metal/funk sound. Although the band also plays newer rock, Evercrest is known for it's fresh take on classic rock played in a way that all ages can relate to. The guys in the band have diverse influences which bring together their hard rock/metal/funk sound to the classics. But they are not limited by rock and will also throw in some funk and rap tune or two. But the crowd really goes crazy when Barry plays "The Star Spangled Banner" followed by "Purple Haze." The energy and movement on the stage by this band is unmatched. And Evercrest is not just about the music as they bring in some patriotic comments to the show as well as jokes between the songs.Stoneage

Band Members: Evercrest is Barry Himel, front man, lead guitar and vocals; Danny Berthelot, drums and vocals; Bryne Calleghan, bass guitar and vocals.The diverse influences of the band members and crowd inspiring energy and talent of Evercrest combine for a very exciting show!

Influences: Barry grew up listening to classic rock such as the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Cream, Deep Purple, Iron Butterfly,etc. Dano grew up listening to Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, etc. Bryne grew up listening to Metallica, Iron Maiden, etc.
