“No matter what is done or is not done, how you are criticized or misunderstood, or what efforts are made to block your path, “ wrote Susan, “remember that the only fear you need have is the fear of not standing by the thing you believe to be right.†– Susan B. AnthonyI'm Christina and I'm 25. I am a well-rounded individual and some consider me a little dorky/nerdy at times, but never the less entertaining. Currently, I am going back to school to get my masters in special education from Antioch McGregor University and to get my teaching licensure. Hope for the best, I'll be student teaching at Stivers in Dayton in March 2010. Also, I work full time. I am over a center for adults with moderate to severe disabilities. Love everyday...even those "I not do good today right tina? I do better tomorrow." days. I grew up outside of Troy, known better as Viking Country...so far i'm not sold on living in the city where i currently live for the rest of my life. I enjoy the peaceful side of life out in the country. As you might notice, my favorite animal is a turtle and I collect turtle things. I have two tattoos as well. I enjoy being outdoors; in fact, one of my favorite smells is a campfire. I have been a volunteer for most of my life- think Girl Scout. Right now, I am a volunteer in multiple ways for the Troy Strawberry Festival including BackSeat Driver committee chair (going for year two). I like to get out often and discover the world. I like classic cars and I own a historical vehicle. I go to Car shows when I can. I'd like to learn how to do more car work, if anyone is interested in teaching. I like to watch college basketball, GO NC TARHEELS! I really enjoy music, and I'm proud to say that I can harmonize. I have a few photos that are public display but most of my pictures can only be viewed by friends (sorry, and I don't add friends unless I know you or you send me a message and I can get to know you.) If you'd want to know more or get to know me, send me a message.
Something interesting about me through tarot card reading online: You are The Star.Hope, expectation, Bright promises. The Star is one of the great cards of faith, dreams realised. The Star is a card that looks to the future. It does not predict any immediate or powerful change, but it does predict hope and healing. This card suggests clarity of vision, spiritual insight. And, most importantly, that unexpected help will be coming, with water to quench your thirst, with a guiding light to the future. They might say you're a dreamer, but you're not the only one.
