Bjorn Wolf was born in Breda on the 31st of January 1981. As teenager he always loved music and started to spin records as a hobby. A danceable mixure of house, groove and minimal together with lots of enthusiasm is the main reason for his growing popularity.
Bjorn's career kicked off in the year 1998, when he started to make name for himself in his hometown Breda. In 1999 he got his Friday residency at the legendary club Spock. Together with dj’s such as Tiesto, Funkerman, Cor Fijneman, Dazzle and Montana..they broke down the walls every weekend. Since then Bjorn Wolf has rocked at high quality clubs and festivals all over the Netherlands. In 2005 he started to perform at Club Puur Einhoven. With his own residency club night called “onversnedenâ€. These nights are still a huge success. During the daytime Bjorn also wanted to spend al his time into music so he started working at Magik, the record store wich is owned by dj Tiesto.
So he could keep up with the latest releases and trents in house music. In 2006 the record shop was closed down. Bjorn started working for the Black Hole record label after that and is doing so from this day on.
Besides dj-ing, Bjorn Wolf has been producing since 2002 when he teamed up with the Pirates for Life crew which resulted into a Duran Duran remix record that was played by some verry respected dj’s like Lucien Foort, and Erick E.
The record was also in the playlist of all the big music radio-channels in the country, such as Radio 538 and Slam fm. In 2004 some friends of Bjorn wanted to start their own recordlabel. They called it Flamingo recordings. The founders (Funkerman ,Raf and Fedde le Grand) gave Bjorn the opportunity to learn the skills of producing music.
That’s when he met Johnstar, another upcoming dj from Tilburg.
Bjorn and John teamed up to create their own sound and style that is developing into some promising records, edits and remixes.
Love is Blind

Given the increased focus on the production-side of his trade, Bjorn has a promising future ahead of him so keep your eyes open for this promising talent.
