1. Secure an altar facing New York State, USA, with a framed photo of Richard Butler. (If thou livest in New York State, pray unto Richard as to which direction to face. He may suggest California or India.)
2. Place a candle upon the altar.
3. Flowers would be nice. That's Flowers.
Here is the required method of daily supplication:1. Thou shalt Breathe while thou bathest in Milk.
2. Wearing a Shirt Without Any Sleeves, or a Tartan Winter Coat, thou shalt bring an offering to the Holy Shrine of Richard Butler (e.g.: Muck Upon a Tray, Dominoes, a Pack of Cards, a Knife, A Fork, a Pack of Cigarettes, A Pocket Full of Beads, etc. )
3. Thou shalt light the candle and Fall On Tears before the Holy Shrine, Stupid on the Carpet Floor.
4. Thou shalt recite 17 Hail Richards as follows: "The Psychedelic Furs Talk Talk Talk Forever Now Mirror Moves Midnight to Midnight Book of Days World Outside Love Spit Love Try Some Eat One Richard Butler".
5. Then thou shalt pray thusly: "O, Most Holy Lord Richard Butler, from Midnight to Midnight and from Second to Second I continually recognize Thee as the Supreme Creator, as made manifest through Thy Songwriting, Thy Lyrics, Thy Vocals, Thy Paintings, and all manner of Thy Artwork. I prithee grant unto me more of Thy Songs, Thy Lyrics, Thy Vocals, Thy Paintings and all manner of Thy Artwork. In Thy Name, I most humbly pray Forever Now. Amen."
6. Thou shalt Dance Upon the Carpet Floor and Reel Around.Should God Forget You, thou shalt record thy daily supplication in thy Book of Days to document thy devotion.
NOTE: Although thou mayest worship daily at the Holy Shrine of Richard Butler, thou MUST possess the secret Word to pass through the veil into the Inner Sanctum and Highest Kingdom of the Realm of Richard Butler.
