My friends would say that my main interest is to travel around the world. Anywhere (even though I am a sucker for India, Southeast Asia and East Africa). Anytime. True, but I would add literature, movies, drama, skiing, working out and spending lots and lots of time with my friends to the list of things that I love.

There are so many! Hjalmar Söderberg, Anita Nair, Peter Pohl, Salinger, Sagan, Erlend Loe, Tunström, Dostojevskij, Khalid Hosseini, Beckett, Paul Auster, Hisham Matar, Östergren, Manil Suri, Naipaul, Pamuk. However, if I had to pick one, it would be "God of Small Things" by my hero Arundhati Roy.
