1Stance is a versatile hip hop artist with a unique flair. Based in Sydney, Australia, 1Stance is not limited to one particular style; he brings depth and emotion to some songs, an urban groove to others, and continues to deliver bumpin aggressive tracks.
1Stance's debut single 'Take 1' dropped in April 2008. The popular and catchy track has hit radio stations Australia wide getting the heads nodding and bodies moving. The release includes ‘Paranoia’, a darker track that reveals the battle over the mind.
In May 2008 1Stance launched the single in Sydney supported by DJCXL, 2003 NZ DMC Championm, along Young Hate, Advanced Tactics and Mykaphobic (ACT).
1Stance discovered a love for hip hop while listening to the likes of Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park back in 1999. He put together his own two-track demo in 2004 and was discovered by an independent record label.
1Stance has performed with DJCXL (New Zealand's 2003 DMC Champion), Dirty Mob and has featured on Hussein Fatal's (the Outlawz) New Jersey D.O.C Volume 2 Mixtape and DJ Green Lantern's Monster Mash 2.
