It all started with a mere thought of starting an all female punk influenced rock band. A year into searching for needles in haystacks, female musicians, singer/ songwriter Araena has joined musical forces with rock/ hip hop producer and drummer The Fluu (Marc Walsh). Almost instantly cutting edged chemistry was born!
Thus far, Araena and the Fluu have succeeded in creating a new, twisted, and futuristic rock sound. This new form of rock is danceable, and with such cleverness, littered with 80’s synth effects and raunchy guitar riffs. Their songs are wickedly dressed with dark, poetic, lyrical melodies delivered with a punk style edge.
Araena’s goal as a songwriter is to morph her life experiences into popular song and become the voice for others who feel they have no voice. The Fluu's goal as a producer is to simply put the 'rock' back into today's rock music. Together, they both seek to create music that rocks your world as well as the dance floor!
