Here is a little about me. I'm a Georgia Peach misplaced in the mountians of Virginia but I call both my home.I have tons of friends from every age group & lifestyle & although it seems like I'd be a people person (which I can be) I'd much rather be with just a few favorite pals or even alone in my little "Carrie world". The people closest to me understand me the most, the rest I just let think they do...haha.I am married to the most patient man that ever lived. He loves me for who I am & accepts me in everyway. I adore him with all my heart. We've been married 9 years & together for over 13yrs. We don't have any children & don't plan on it either. We do have a cat, parrot, two parakeets.I work at the local big house in the medical dept. It isn't as bad as you think. I work with some terrific people & everyone there is like family. (not the inmates... I mean the employees)I also am a volunteer with Campbell County rescue squad. R-I-P JASON SAUNDERS.::I enjoy:: friends, music, writing poetry, reading, being alone, ems, fire dept, horses, rodeos, swimming, beaches, canoeing, camping (not with a camper either, I like camping in the rough) kayaking, tubing, traveling (even though I don't get to much), messing in my little flower gardens, cooking & eating good soul food, shopping for anything I can afford, dirty muddy 4-wheeling (atv & big redneck trucks), nascar Tony Stewart, football Ga Tech and KS Cheifs, baseball White Sox, concerts, fishing, hunting (even though no one will take me cuz I talk to much) computer games (yea imma nerd) tattoos ( i have 4), paintball. I think thats enough for now.::things I dislike:: drugs of any kind, predjudice people, ketchup, feeble minded people who compain about everything but wont do anyhing about it, loud mouthed people, cold weather, being sick, traffic, when my computer gets an attitude, momma's boys, brown-nosers, dry skin, being woke up before I wanna (which is just about every morning), being interrupted, pimples, whiny bratty kids, Redskins, Duke, Jeff Gordon, cucumber-watermelon-cantalope scents, Osama Bin Laden, running over chickens or seeing a chicken truck, taxes, saying goodbye, tech support people who cant speak English, strawberries, unsweet tea, that confounded squirrel who keeps eating all the birdseed outside. well I could go on and on but i dislike negative people so I wont.I live by this quote: If you work at that which is before you, following right reason seriously, vigorously, calmly without allowing anything else to distract you, but keeping your divine part pure, as if you might be bound to give it back immediately; if you hold to this, expecting nothing, fearing nothing, but satisfied with your present activity according to nature . . . you will be happy.
