A LIL INFO ON GEKS
well..let me see. i remeber i used to scetch in the 3rd grade. they werent great. but when u r a kid. u think everything u draw is the shit. the earliest graff i remember was in the 3rd grade my teacher wanted me to draw out this poster for sum fundraiser. dont rember for whut. all she wanted me to do was right out these bubble letters and the class grade all huge. i rember i felt all cool guy..haha. (whut im being honest.) cuz she could of asked anyone and she asked me. but when i look back on it now, im like mayne, i was tagg'n and i didnt even know it, cuz i had put some 3d shawdow on it and filled it in all tight. but thats the earliest that i can think of. i was in 6th grade when i got into the whole graff game. i saw my homeboy drawing his name and i thought that was pretty cool. after that i started recognizing graffiti on the street. so in class all i did was trying to draw my name. MAYNE I SUCKED..haha but i didnt care. once i switched school and moved on to the seventh grade i was already trying to write. i came up with da name KRAZE23. I was in the same class with this writer name epik. that nigga had some mad skillz. he was a big insperation on me at that time to continuing graffiti. thru high scholol all i did was scetch. this tagger (dont remeber his name) told me to get on this wwall wit him. i was hella excited. but once i got on...mayne i embarassed myself like crazy. hahaha everybody said i sucked. i stop wrting for a while. but i couldt get graffiti out of my blood. so i starting drawing again. but i knew walls was where its at. so i got a couple of boards and practice everyday. it wasnt till a few years later that i got back on walls. thru the years i was in crew after crew after crew. even had started my own crews SK3 and WALL MONKIES. WALL MONKIES was basicly all the lil kids in my neighborhood that looked up o me and said they wanted to paint like me. so i called them my lil wall monkies. hahahahahah gay i know. but fuk it. never gave a fuk about fame. idk why,, just doesnt matter to me. i just kept doing whut i loved to do. then i saw i was in artcrimes. i was tripp'n!!! but dat was cool. i looked back to see how far i came from the 3rd grade in the graffiti game and it trips me out. who knows where i would be at in life if i wast graff'n. prbably some geeky ass nerd. but graffit is a big part of my life. i wanna c where im at in 5 years. probably still painting. but to all those people that think they suck. hey, i sucked back then..infact i think i still suck...but dont give up. keep painting. and you'll be a dope ass wtiter someday. much love.
