During the practice and development time we'd take the berries to parties and just about any event you could think of. Then they wanted us to write things on them. Pipeing chocolate into words is rough, real chocolate wants to set up before your are done pipeing, plus it never looks exactly the same on each berry. After a lot more research we worked out a method to put words and pictures right on the strawberries.
