Absolute Terror Field [New Video Online!]

ABSOLUTE TERROR FIELD was born in the spring 2007 in Rome. Sandro, Marco and Alessandro (former Kameliah) and Maxo (former Hostile) begin to write and arrange the first songs, until Francesco (former Headless) comes in completing the line up. Their songs are a fair balance between swedish melodic death metal (In Flames, At The Gates, Dark Tranquillity) and US metalcore (Killswitch Engage, Trivium). Atf perform for the first time on November 24 live @ CSOA Sans Papiers, along with Nerodia and Motherstone, receiving a good reaction from the audience. However, Marco, after a while, decides to leave the band and after some replacements, Atf choose Daniele to fill in drums. So the new line up performs on April 27 live @ 360° along with Nerodia, and within a few days Atf are called to open for Camion and Bleeding Eyes @ Traffic. In June, the Violent Hope Fest 2008 takes place @ Spartaco and it features Atf in its billing. Later, the band goes into Refuse Studio to cut two songs for Myspace page. So, "Dead or Alive" and "The Horror Within" are uploaded on their profile. Atf sound goes back to the Swedish mood, clearly visible in their massive use of melodic arrangements, guitar solos and thrash rhythm while vocals are in such hardcore style, not despising groovy clean choruses. The tracks are very successful in the local scene. In september, the Absolute begin a new live season with two gigs: the first @ Sinister Noise along with Nerodia and Motherstone, and the second @ CSOA 'Ricomincio dal Faro' along with Tsubo. On november 28th Absolute play live ai Jailbreak in Rome, supporting the release party of the band withate. After that Atf return to Sinsiter Noise 2 times, in February and March, playing with bands like Following the shade, Backjumper, Notanumber and Pulvisetumbra. On April 17th Absolute Terror Field will play an headliner gig again @ Jailbreak in Rome with bands like Human Dirge and Dr.Gore. After that, Sandro leaves the band, due to personal problems.
