Hey! My name is John and I’m a very motivated Bass player and teacher. I’ve been teaching for 5 years now and have learned that all aspiring musicians are different and do not always want to learn what some teacher deems it essential to learn. I try to tailor my lessons to you and what your
interests are.Let me tell you about me. I’ve been playing bass for ten years and
professionally for 8 of them. I am the bassist for the ethno fusion
funk band “Consider The Source†(Myspace.com/ConsiderTheMusic),
recently acclaimed as having one of the top ten albums of 2007 by
president of the Jazz Journalist Association Howard Mandel
(HowardMandel.com). I am also sponsored by Hartke bass amplifiers and
you can hear my bass playing on the song “Tihai for the straight guyâ€
on there myspace page (Myspace.com/Hartke).Enough about me I want to know about you. When you email, please
include the style of music you prefer to play, listen to and have an
interest in learning, as well as what days and times you are available.
