RelaxTrio on Raumalainen vuonna 2004 perustettu rock bändi, jonka muodostavat Linda Teränen, synt. 1994 (Laulu ja kontrabasso); Oskari Nieminen, synt. 1993 (kitara, huuliharppu ja taustalaulu); Vilho Voutilainen, synt. 1995 (rummut ja taustalaulu).
Yksi bändin tähänastisen uran kohokohdista oli juniori Ääni ja Vimma bändikilpailun voittaminen keväällä 2007 ja sen seurauksena levynteko. Levy, jonka nimeksi tuli Perustyyliin, julkaistiin 3. 7. 2007. Levyllä on 6 biisiä, joista 4 on bändin omia.
Suomen Musiikkioppilaitosten Liitto järjesti 22.11.2007 Helsingin Pop & Jazz Konservatoriossa, eräänä rytmimusiikin teemavuotensa tapahtumana, valtakunnallisen opiskelijabändikatselmuksen. RelaxTrio oli yhtenä katselmuksen osanottajista ja tuli valituksi Suomen Musiikkioppilaitosten Liiton vuoden bändiksi.
RelaxTriolla oli myös kunnia saada Rauman kaupungin vuoden 2008 kulttuuripalkinto.
Bändi oli toisen kerran studiossa toukokuussa 2008. Uusi CD, nimeltään Someday, tuli ulos heinäkuun 2008 alussa. Levyllä on 7 biisiä, joista 6 on omaa.

RelaxTrio is a rock 'n' roll band hailing from Rauma Finland. The members of the Relax are Linda Teränen, born 1994 (lead vocals, double bass), Oskari Nieminen, born 1993 (guitar, harp and backing vocals) and Vilho Voutilainen, born 1995 (drums and backing vocals). Before RelaxTRio, Linda and Oskari had played and performed together a couple of years. Back then Linda played accordion. At 2004 Linda won the local song contest for children and they got a gig to a big market happening at Rauma. They wanted more instruments for the gig and knew, that Vilho was "the man" behind the drums, so they asked him to join the group. 2005 Linda bought a double bass and so the RelaxTrio at its present form were born.
The very highlight so far at their career, was the winning of the national band contest "Junior Sound and Rage 2007", where the upper age limit for the band members was 15 years. First prize were studio time and demo making. From that demo they made the author's edition CD with six songs, four of those songs are their own. CD can be bought from the band members.
Association of Finnish Music Schools arranged a student band review at Helsinki Pop & Jazz Conservatory as a part of their rhythm music theme year. The review took place at 22.11.2007 and RelaxTrio was one of the participants and was selected as a band of the year.
Relax was again at the studio at may 2008. New CD came out at beginning of july. There's a 7 songs at it and 6 of them are their own and can be heard here at myspace now. You can ask the new cd from the email address above or trough myspace.
