When I was a young boy, my uncle who lived in a log cabin in Tennessee and played bluegrass fiddle, took me to the Grand Ole Opery to see Hank Williams sing his latest hit song "I Got A Hot Rod Ford And A Two Dollar Bill", and that was it, I was sold on Live Performances. A few years later, I purchased my first record, "Rock Around The Clock" by Bill Haley and The Comets. Now any of you that were there at the time can remember what the birth of Rock and Roll was like. It was immortalized in our souls and carved in stone and handed down like the Ten Commandments to thousands of archangels who became the players who transmuted the world forever. What many do not know, is that the "B" side of that record, "Thirteen Women", was the first nuclear war protest song, and was forever tied to the destiny of rock and roll music, and would create a culture that would span time and influence all of our lives. Since that beginning, they have tried to suppress the dual entities of Rock and Roll, and Peace. But wherever there is the beat of the Drum and the twang of the Guitar, and the Voice of the Rock Prophets, the People will dance and divine inspiration will be revealed, "Love is Love and Not Fade Away".
