I have two passions, climbing and neuroscience. Right now I'm a personal trainer focusing on movement therapy and sports performance motor skill acuisition. I'm a Z Health Exercise Therapy Specialist and also attending massage therapy school. I'm currently doing independent research on how the brain controls and coordinates movement.I tend to be happier when my time is spent outside doing fun things!If you want to know more then just ask!
