Late in the 1980's, we became quite interested in the hot sauce business after trying to get chicken wings to have some spicy, peppery flavor. While shopping in the southwest, we found a really good hot sauce that gave us the flavor and kick that we were looking for. We were invited to visit the manufacturing facility and got even more excited. And gained hands-on experience. The rest is history. We took the hot sauce on the road and kept adding new products that we found to be of a particular interest. We have visited many facilities and have made great friends along the way. High quality and pricing has always been our concern as we strive to give the consumer the very best of quality and price.Eventually we opened a specialty store having a complete hot sauce line of products with Salsas, BBQ's, Wing Sauces - you name it, we can get it if we don't already have it.
