It's Summer in Montreal, and this is when this city really makes me proud. I appreciate all this city has to offer; Restaurants, Music, Clubs and PArties. I work at Restaurant Le Quartier in Old Montreal. I love it, because it gives me the chance to talk with people all day. I am most definetly a people person. I have a small group of great friends I've had for years and I love em. I've been restauranting for a while now. I had my own place and I can't wait to do it again. I'm really good at making other people comfortable. I try to make sure there is never any akwardness when i meet people, it makes them more happy, and I like making people happy, mostly cause I am. So I like Reading book like Soloman Gursky was Here by Mordecai Richler, Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe, Kafka on the Shore and Wind Up Bird Chronicles by Haruki Murakami, The Road by Cormack McCarthy, Midnight's Children by Salman Rushdie. I hate to admit it but Celestine Prophecies by James Redfield I think I stopped readin when i found out it was fiction. I like to pretend it wasntOn that same note I hated the fucking ALchemist by PAolo Cuehlo if it wasnt ll0 pages i would have thrown it out after 20Music, Weeeeeeeeeeell OK I love Classic Rock. That means Hendrix, Zep, Stones, CCR, Beatles, Bowie ummmm anything really. I even like The NUGE. I also love the blues. So again HEndrix, Zep, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, BB KING. I used to be on hip hop for a long time. That ended in 2003. Ask me if you care to know why. So the Wu tang clan is good, old snoop, old jay z, old scarface old anything. Just so long as it has substance. I also like softer jazzier stuff like paul simon, Fela Kuti, Scofield. I also got into Electronic music, the dark and dirty electro has got me. Some other less notable stuff.But I will tell you this.....Give me the BEATLES, JIMI HENDRIX and the WU TANG CLAN, andyou can throw all the rest in the garbage. Just leave me that. Now that means all Paul's stuff with Wings all the Wu Solo stuff all jimis lives gigs and tributes...Its a shitload of music, It would be enough for meFOOOD I like all foods. Spicy is my favorite but i don't only eat spicy food. I used to be a chef at my own restaurant. So i like to think I cook it up pretty well. I like balancing flavours; like sweet with spicy salty and sour. Whatever as long as its funky and provocative. I like blowing peoples minds. I also like Wine. I like American and Australian Pinot Noir. I like Brouillys and i likebeaujolais. I like juicy fruity American Cabernet Suavignon. I like Italian Amerones...soooooo good. I like Barrollo too. I like some whites Pouilly Fusse is my favorite. Albert Bichot makes a good one.I also like Scotch, single malt anything light. No big Salt or Peat for me.Oui je parle francais. Mais je ne l'ecrit pas bien de tout.
