About Me

most people tell me i'm weird, i dont deny it. i'm not all that big a fan of some parts of our society, so being weird suits me well. for a while i was quite sure i was going to be president, but im over that. hopefully some day ill change the world. i guess my goal is just to find out how. anyways...i'm a vegan i go to art school, and hmm i dunno what else. there has to be some mystery. mysteries are quite fun and exciting i do believe. there are always more secrets to uncover. sometimes i am quite hyper! I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4if they figured all this out from my first name...these quiz maker people MUST be magic

My Interests

I enjoy creative happenings, adventures and trying to get out of the box. I also very much enjoy talking. I am on a mission to get myself to Uganda this summer to volunteer and back to New Orleans at some point. I go to art school and I have learned how to be a construction worker. Not really, I'm not all that good yet, but people joke around and tell me that. Anyways, I want to find ways to merge my art and my message to do the most good.

Books:

The Unbearable Lightness of Being : "The very beginning of Genesis tells us that god created man in order to give him dominion over fish and fowl and all creatures. Of course, Genesis was written by a man, not a horse. There is no certainty that god actually gave man dominion over other creatures. What seems more likely, in fact, that man invented god to sanctify the dominion that he had usurped for himself over the cow and the horse. Yes, the right to kill a deer or a cow is the only thing all of mankind can agree upon, even during the bloodiest of wars. True human goodness, in all its purity and freedom, can come to the fore only when it recipient has no power. Mankind's true moral test, its fundamental test (which lies deeply buried from view), consist of its attitude towards those who are at its mercy: animals. And in this respect mankind has suffered a fundamental debacle, a debacle so fundamental that all others stem from it."Don DeLillo books: "There are dead stars that still shine because their light is trapped in time. Where do i stand in this light which does not strictly exist?"and i have been reading very random fantastical stuff."a cat can appreciate valiant absurdity"

Tibor Kalman (for being a bad ass graphic designin-activisty person) and any one who places morals over money and I'm not referring to those right-wing fuckers who claim they are doing gods work by supporting oil drilling and the death penalty, trust me
