Per her request, of course.
After all these years, I've learned that 1) you can't force love, and, if you gotta question it, it ain't real; 2) life's too short, so quit dicking around trying on personality hats; 3) I before E except after C; 4) the aforementioned does not always apply; 5) there are only a few I'd do anything for, but for those few, I'd take a bullet; 6) my family grows more important to me with each passing day; 7) everybody needs a friend named Buddy; and 8) solid, long-lasting relationships are hard to come by, but I've got the best fucking friends to prove that they do, in fact, happen.
