My name is Maurice Gomez Jr. I am a pretty laid back guy everyone who knows me knows that my nickname is Superman. I have the best family in the whole wide world in my opinion. My mom and dad have always done their best to make my sister, brother, and I happy. They raised us with love and respect.I love my brother and sister I couldn't have asked God for better siblings.My family has been there for me through thick and thin.I also have the coolest friends in the world also. If it wasn't for my family and friends I wouldn't be here today. Fighting cancer wasn't an easy task, but I can now say that is was worth the fight. Having fought cancer, I have changed for the better. I learned to not take life forgranted and to live it to the fullest. God is Great! He gave me a second chance in life. God is my number one, he made me see life in another light. Because of God I even got the chance to play football again!! Not even a year after surviving cancer that's is how I got the Nickname Stamford's Superman!
