Danny Trashville

Hey there, I don't have a fancy Bio to tell you how many great things I've done over the years, or why you should like my music. I was born in Oklahoma, raised in Nashville, TN. I am NOT a scenester, a celebrity's child, or a rich kid. I'm more of a driftin' guitar pickin' vagrant than anything. I never intended on playing country music. I just got burnt out on "modern" music. Whining emo kids, sappy ass singer songwriters, fashion punks, screaming metalheads, loud ass cover bands, and worst of all manufactured pop stars. After twelve years of playing guitar for other people's bands, I wanted a new project I could enjoy, that wouldn't rely on other people, or fancy electronics. Just me and an acoustic. Straightforward songs that tell a story without being "Deep", just honest, and possibly funny. Roots music, basically. I started to play acoustic shows in 2007. By the end of 2008 I was recording for an upcoming CD. Still untitled and soon to be released. Just give me some time to salvage my soul, and I'll release the over and under produced Trashville CD, along with the follow up CD that's already in pre-production...
