Founded by Mike DiMartino and Bobbie Maciewski in the summer of 2007. We first worked together in the mid nineties in the small town of Blackburg, Va at a "turn and burn" style college restaurant seconds away from the Va Tech campus. Sharing a love for food and music we became friends quickly. We both moved on and went are seperate ways pursing careers in fine dining in the states of California, Hawaii and Colorado. Some fifteen years later we are working together again. We are dedicated to taking the freshest, most local ingredients we can and slow cooking them to perfection.
