Ms. Jacci of New Orleans did her 1st tattoo in 1972 under the watchful eye of Doctor Bill Pogue, owner of American Tattoo School.Ms. Jacci is the 1st Afro-American Woman Tattoo artist in the world. She started tattooing in New Orleans full time in 1976 and till Tattoos at the same location.1041 N. Rampart Nola (504)581-9812.The movie TIGHT was filmed at this location.
