Hi, welcome to the OFFICIAL Angelo & Veronica myspace. The story of Angelo and Veronica is like a scene out of West Side Story. A beautiful Puerto Rican girl and handsome Italian boy meet and fall in love. Against all odds their love has persevered for almost seventeen years and they still continue to bring music that is deeply personal and universally relevant. These two highly skilled singers both studied at Berklee College of Music and met in the city of Boston. Their debut solo album, Higher Place caught the attention of both Gospel music mogul Bobby Jones and hit pop songwriter Diane Warren to create the incomparable sound that is Angelo and Veronica. They went on to record several more records with Benson Music Group, Verity Records and Harmony Records, a division of Sony, Inc. They are recipients of three Dove awards including contemporary Black Gospel song of the year and Urban Album of the year. Most recently, they were asked to sing at an Inaugural Concert at the prestigious Constitution Hall in Washington, DC. This year they have released their long awaited new CD entitled "Still in Love". Angelo and Veronica are excited to be releasing this new CD which celebrates God, family and marriage. They feel this so timely as they feel the real attack right now in this nation is on families and marriages. But with God our families and our marriages can be blessed, protected and can prosper! After 17 years of marriage they wanted to create a love song CD to celebrate their love for their children, their love for one another and their love for God. This CD includes a remake of The Prayer in Spanish and English produced by award winning producer, Brian Lennox. They also had the priviledge of working with up and coming songwriter/producer Will Champlin, son of Bill Champlin of the group Chicago. Their desire is that this music will be a blessing to married couples and families everywhere.
