Welcome. My name is pronounced 'mocha meeha. I'm a Photoshop Junkie! Still learning, I find myself glued to the chair in my office at home trying new things. I do all of the posters for the group fo/mo/deep, also on myspace. I've included some of my work in my photo section. I'm also exploring my love for photography.
Changing gears....We are the change we want to see in the world. What we think and do today shapes our tomorrows. If it what we thought and did today was good, we've started our tomorrows in a bright new direction. If what we thought and experienced today didn't work, stop doing it and do something different. If the horse stops running, get off.
We have so many thoughts each day we're not always conscious of the automatic conversations we have with ourselves while working, driving, walking, running etc. Lets take note today of our inner dialogue. Stroke count each time that little negative monster rears its ugly little head. Cancel it out and reach for a new thought. Why? Because you're worth it! You deserve the best unless you think you don't.
Put on your favorite song. Close your eyes, spread your arms, bounce your shoulders, rock your body from side to side, take deep breaths exhaling slowly, feel the music springing from your heart into your spirit where the well of infinite possibilities reside. Stay with it now...throughout the song. Oh yeah! Consciousness raised! Feeling great! Ready to move forward! Shout at the moon. Whisper to the river. Wink at the sun. Blow a kiss to the wind. Walk away with a knowing that at this very moment, you are a unique and unrepeatable expression of all that is good. Feel it?
