Yesenia was born in Hollywood and raised in Pacoima, CA. Yesenia started out as a Host for "Jevity Videos". Her very first interview was with rapper Knocturnal who released the hit single "Bad Intentions" with Dr. Dre. She then went on to co-host "The Relm" a Hip-Hop breakdance show. Next she was a guest co-host on "Organics". Yesenia is currently the Host for Ed Magik TV. Recently she has been covering red carpets events including: "The Fixxers Quik & AMG Can You Werk With That Ringtone Party", "MTV/King Magazine Wild N Out Season 4 Premiere Party", the "UCLA Reggae Festival" the "ESPY Awards" after party, The "LA X LARGE" Magazine Release Party, The "XXL Magazine Release Party" and most recently an exclusive interview with Hip-Hop pioneer "Slick Rick The Ruler"
