I'm 40, married, have a daughter who is 8, and a son who is 4.I have been in sales for 13 years, but want to write for a living, and finished my first novel last year. I still write on the side, most notably for The Phantom Tollbooth (www.tollbooth.org), but have appeared in over thirty magazines and newspapers over the years. I referee high school volleyball and basketball, and still am known more for hustle than ability when playing sports.
