Davina was born and raised in the emerald city of Seattle, Wa. Growing up in a family of ministers, singers & musicians she was exposed from birth to the anointing of the Holy Ghost and the Power of Praise & Worship. At the age of eight years old she gave her life to the Lord and was filled with the Holy Sprit shortly after. The Lord has blessed her to live as a saved young woman through elementary school, Jr. High & High School. Through that the Lord has put a strong desire in her to reach young people; to encourage them that what ever is going on you can make it, you can live for God at a young age.
While attending the church that she grew up in (The Seed of Abraham Pentecostal Church, Renton Wa.) the Lord opened up a door for her to be the choir director for the Young Singers for Christ youth choir. Through that many young peoples lives were changed and inspired to live for God and worship him with all there hearts. During that time she also was one of the Assistant Choir Directors for the SOA Mass Choir.
At the age of sixteen Davina felt the call of the Lord to go into the ministry. After meeting with her Pastor, Prophetess MJ Bass the call of the Lord was confirmed and she began to be trained for the work that the Lord was calling for her to do. After completing her training the Lord blessed her to receive her minister’s license in Sept. 1996 and in May of 1998 she received her Associates of Arts Degree in Theology. The Lord has opened up many doors for Minister Clemmons to preach the word across the country & to minister her testimony on TBN.
In 1998 the Lord laid it on Minister Clemmons heart to relocate to Dallas, TX. While living in Dallas she met her husband Mark. They were married in April of 2001 and in March of 2004 they were blessed with there twin boys Marcus & Marquis. Currently they are members of Tabernacle of Praise church in Benbrook TX. under the leadership of Pastor Gary Oliver. Minister Clemmons is an active member of the music ministry in her church. She also is a Youth Leader in the T.O.P. AGENTS youth ministry where she serves as one of the Praise & Worship Overseers.
In 2007 the Lord birthed Fresh Wind Worship Ministries inside Minster Clemmons. After meeting with her church leadership Fresh Wind Ministries was birthed. The Lord has given her a strong passion to impart the experience of being led into the presence Lord.
