I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Hi... I'm a just turned fifty year old, going on twenty five!
I'm attached and live at Freshwater on the Isle of Wight, England.
I have two grown up kids who I'm very proud of and love to bits.
I've worked at the same place for 25 years! I'm in the amenity horticulture trade, in which I've worked since leaving school 32 years ago... whoa! that makes me sound OLD!
I used to race dirt bikes but my main interest these days is playing music, I've been in bands for the last 15 years or so, my current band is called RIPTIDE check our website ~( http://www.riptiderocks.co.uk ). I've listed our gigs at My Calender.
Before RIPTIDE I did a very brief stint with The Red Hot Roach Band (good fun!) and then formed the 'power trio' TASH with Tony Weeks and Jason Siviter we played a lot of cool rock tunes and had a blast. After Tash came LEMONWEDGE Steve Buckley and Tim Matthews joined Jason and I for this band and we did some pretty interesting covers along the way and played some good music.
I also write and record my own music under the pseudonym Triangulation Station... I have a MySpace page for it ( http://www.myspace.com/triangulationstation ), but its locked me out since Feb 07 and I just can't get back in >:-( ... so I decided to start this new page here.
I'm a big fan of progressive rock and a long standing, big, big fan (anorak!) of the band Genesis.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Living; Any of the members of Genesis past and present, David Bowie, Ozzy Osbourne, my old school mate Ian Lucy (I presume he's still alive!), Homer Simpson, Ian Hunter, Keith Richards...Dead; Jimi Hendrix, Laura Nyro, Todd Rundgren...
