His gentleness will make me great

About Me

I live in Norwood with two beautiful roommates and a dirty cat. I love Cincinnati beyond reason. I also love fall, and maybe sometime soon the leaves will actually turn color.

Lately I have been working hard, listening to awesome music on the weekends, and buying awesome shoes. I also went to a pumpkin patch last weekend, which was pretty exciting.

I am in _Lost_ countdown mode.

Goals for the fall: Destroy my tomato plant in a moment of fury, kill the squirrels who live in our roof, avoid getting sicker than I already am, make things in the Crock-Pot ALL THE TIME, beat Bethany's brownie recipe, make pumpkin bread, beat Liz in Scrabble at least one time, finish reading all the 10 books I'm in the middle of, and learn to treasure silence. And I'm not letting myself off the hook on the writing or the room rearranging.

My Interests

Jesus Christ and His Church, Vineyard Central, the Cincinnati Bengals, writing and reading, music, ice cream, Cincinnati, Skyline Chili, cooking, BBQ Revue, chocolate chip cookie dough, strawberry Coke, singing in the car, kids, museums, festivals, picnics, Sharon Woods, photography, pancakes, Mexican food, roadtrips, pie, nostalgic nights at Kings Island, Nashville, Pancake Pantry, Calypso Cafe, and watching Lost with Liz, Sharon, and John
