Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right.

About Me

I try to only think good thoughts. Negative thoughts are a waste of time and only attract negative experiences. Thinking and being positive is the key to a life with endless possibilities. I've recently had this epiphany and it's already changed my life dramatically. I can be and do anything I want. So basically "about me"...I'm a really happy, thankful person.

My Interests

acting, knitting, throwing parties, altering clothes, inventing new dance moves, thrifting,Donkey Kong 2: Diddy Kong's Quest, pool, doing the new dance moves, trying to sing, singing in my car, making love, making people laugh, laughing at people, being silly, good conversations, making people happy, working with kids :)

I'd like to meet:

funny, different, exciting, geniune people. who lie as little as possible. i can't stand hypocrits and egotistical people who think they are above others.

Music:

i hate R&B and muzac but i'm pretty open to anything else. To name a few of my favorites: QUEEN, Mindless Self Indulgence, The Streets, Micheal Jackson, Cake, Billy Joel, Trevor Hall, Green Day, Squirrel Nut Zippers, The White Stripes, Ray Charles, Teagan and Sarah, The Organ, The Pixies, Eve 6, The Descendants, The Smiths, The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, Guns N' Roses, The Dead Kennedys, The Misfits, The Clash,Black Flag, Bonnie Raitt, Missy Elliott, AC/DC, Alanis Morissette, Nirvana, Oasis, Sublime, Norah Jones, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Decemberists, Weezer, and various 80's music. i like listening to gangster rap in my car with the windows down riding through the ghetto. However, I rarely do this. I hate listening to a CD i've never heard before. i know it sounds kinda odd..but i hate that period of time when you don't know the words to songs so you can't sing along. i love singing in the car. especially when strangers look over at you from another car and think you're talking to yourself.

Movies:

once again...it's kinda the same as what i said with the music. i love watching just about any genre of movie but i have to be "in the mood" to really enjoy it. I'd have to say my all time favorite is Me Without You.

Television:

Unwrapped, The Office, Arrested Development

Books:

The Secret,Valley of the Dolls, Lord of the Flies, Animal Farm, The Great Wide Open, Trainspotting, In Cold Blood, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Da Vinci Code, my Psychology & Religion textbook (it's really interesting!)...but I love finding great new books...any suggestions?
