Dying Fire

Dying Fire is a Melodic Metal/Powermetal band from Finland. The band was formed in 2004 by Markku “MareZ” Tahvanainen on leadguitar and Mika “Singer” Lönnström on vocals and bass. Later on Kari “Affe” Arffman (drums) and Teemu “Lennu” Leinonen (guitar) joined the band. Dying Fire has released two EP:s, "The Journey" (2005) and "Cold Land" (2007). At the moment the band is practicing hard and making new songs. Future plans are, that later on this year (2008) the next release will be out.
