In the decade of 80 the Realty Show of the Cuban, TV " the Whole World Sings ", there opens the doors him for the career of the Cuban singer King Ríos, who later is contracted in the best night centers of the interior of the country, in his(its) natal Cuba since they were: The International Hotel of Shipyard and the Hotel Jagua, in Cienfuegos's city, in these night centers it is directed by the Art director Luis Hidalgo Reyes, who forces it to combine the Singing, the dance and the performance in each of these spectacles.
The perseverance in his work made grow very rapidly his professional and prompt level was claimed by the prestigious directors of the spectacle. He makes début in the of Havana Capital, in the most important night centers. The Cabaret Parisién of the National Hotel, he receives to this Cuban, versatile and talented tenor to integrate (repay) the company Cuban Heat.
In the year 1993 he does his first international presentation as principal singer of a Cuban spectacle in Tampico's cities and Veracruz in Mexico.
He forms a part of another artistic company, appearing in the theatre Him Grand Calve in the island of Martinique, directed this time for the famous Art director Rafael Hernández.
In the year 1996 he appears in the Center of Convections of Acapulco.
He realizes international tours for: Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Peru and Panama, stages in which King Ríos assumed the Roll as the first figure and presenter of the same ones.
In the year 1998 Canada makes début in the Great Casino of Montreal and in the Theatre Capitol of Quebec.
Then Winnipeg was contracted by the Regent Club of and in the Room Kola Notte - Canada. To his return to the Havana, King begins his career as soloist and is kept as figure invited of the cabaret Parisién, of the National Hotel of Cuba.
In the year 2000 it(he) is contracted by the company Figueira Praia of Portugal to integrate(repay) several spectacles in different Portuguese Casinos.
In Portugal he has appeared in: Estoril, Povua Du Varsin and the Figueria da Foz between others, realizing his first discography production in Portuguese, whom I call Lembranca (Recollections).
After 3 years of work in Portugal it(he,she) returns to the Havana to work for one month as figure invited of the cabaret Tropicana, directed by Choreographer and Art director Santiago Alfonso, and integrates(repays) Artists' catalogue of the International center of Boleros " Dos Gardenias ", directed by Héctor Quintero, Cuban playwright.
In the year 2004 he produces a CD called "Cara Cara" together with the Director and producer Nelson Aloma, where he manages to join the singer Ela Calvo and Mr. Héctor Quintero.
For his charisma and interpretive power King Ríos is baptized by the legendary Cuban musician Compay Segundo as Mr. Tropicalísimo. In the year 2006 he establishes itself in the city of Miami, a citizen of the world is able to feel and especially to meet his Mother that from about several years live in the United States

BIOGRAFIA: En la década de los 80 el Realty Show de la TV Cubana,"Todo el Mundo Canta", le abre las puertas a la carrera del cantante cubano Rey Ríos, quien posteriormente es contratado en los mejores centros nocturnos del interior del país, en su natal Cuba como fueron: El Hotel Internacional de Varadero y el Hotel Jagua, en la Ciudad de Cienfuegos, en estos centros nocturnos es dirigido por el Director artístico Luis Hidalgo Reyes, quien lo obliga a combinar el Canto, el baile y la actuación en cada uno de estos espectáculos. La perseverancia en su trabajo hizo crecer muy rápidamente su nivel profesional y pronto fue reclamado por prestigiosos directores del espectáculo.
Debuta en la Capital habanera, en los más importantes centros nocturnos.
El Cabaret Parisién del Hotel Nacional, acoge a este tenor Cubano, versátil y talentoso para integrar la compañía Calor Cubano.
En el año 1993 hace su primera presentación internacional como cantante principal de un espectáculo cubano en las ciudades de Tampico y Veracruz en México.
Forma parte de otra compañía artística, presentándose en el teatro Le Grand Calve en la isla de Martinica, dirigido esta vez por el afamado Director Artístico Rafael Hernández. En el año 1996 se presenta en el Centro de Convecciones de Acapulco.
Realiza giras internacionales por: Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Perú y Panamá, escenarios en los que Rey Ríos asumió el Roll como primera figura y presentador de los mismos.
En el año 1998 debuta en el Gran Casino de Montreal Canadá y en el Teatro Capitol de Quebec. Luego fue contratado por el Regent Club of Winnipeg y en la Sala Kola Notte- Canada.
A su regreso a la Habana, Rey comienza su carrera como solista y se mantiene como figura invitada del cabaret Parisién, del Hotel Nacional de Cuba.
En el año 2000 es contratado por la firma Figueira Praia de Portugal para integrar varios espectáculos en diferentes Casinos Portugueses.
En Portugal se ha presentado en: Estoril, Povua Du Varsin y el Figueria da Foz entre otros, realizando su primera producción discografía en Portugués, a la que llamo Lembranca (Recuerdos).
Después de 3 años de trabajo en Portugal regresa a la Habana para trabajar por un mes como figura invitada del cabaret Tropicana ,dirigido por Coreógrafo y Director Artístico Santiago Alfonso, e integrar el Catalogo de artistas del centro Internacional de Boleros "Dos Gardenias",dirigido por Héctor Quintero, dramaturgo Cubano. En el año 2004 produce un CD llamado "Cara Cara" junto al Director y realizador Nelson Aloma, donde logra juntar a la cantante Ela Calvo y al Sr. Héctor Quintero.
Por su carisma y poder interpretativo Rey Ríos es bautizado por el legendario músico cubano Compay Segundo como el Sr. Tropicalísimo.
En el año 2006 se radica en la ciudad de Miami, para poder sentirse un ciudadano del mundo y sobre todo reunirse con su Madre que desde hacia varios años vivia en los Estados Unidos.
