I work at Tattoo Bill's in Charlotte NC, I've been tattooing since 2004. It is in fact a passion of mine so I pay close attention to details, and I take my time so I can perfect your ideas. I come from a custom background, and prefer custom art. I can take all your ideas, and mold them into what will be forever inked on you. I specialize in cover-ups, so you can bring me your old beat up tattoos, and I'll polish them up/cover 'em up, or I can add to them. In general, I'll take on just about anything.
