About Me



Blockmusic.co.uk aim is to bring the UK public some of the hottest underground music. Many artists release mixtapes to create a buzz on the streets before their album drops. Some release to get their name out and hopefully get a deal. In all cases, mixtapes are (or should be) about one thing: PROMOTION!
The mixtapes will come from users, the artists themselves, DJs and producers.

Currently in the UK there isn’t a website that specifically provide a publicly available music directory for our underground talents to get their music heard.

We believe having such a large database of mixtapes freely available can help to spread new music within the UK. Many people are hearing artists they may never have heard before because they are not from their region.
