The Death Dealers Airsoft Team is one dedicated to a few solid principles...courtesy, professionalism/discipline, and safety. Courtesy is essential for everyone on and off the playing field. We will not tolerate those who choose not to be. In the case of Safety, well, that one speaks for itself. If you can't/won't play safely and adhere to the rules as established, then there is no room for you with the Death Dealers. Professionalism(discipline), going hand in hand with a sound operating structure, incorporates a rank system that we take seriously. Promotions are based on proficiency, attendance of scheduled training, and demonstration of leadership abilities. There are teams that do not use or incorporate a ranking system, as is their choice. It would seem to detract from their ability to operate efficiently on the playing field, especially in larger scenarios/games. We are only a year old as a team, but have the guidance of members who are veterans of the military and law enforcement communities. By combining the principles of those communities and incorporating that commodity known as common sense, we have a team that is growing stronger in number and in the respect of other teams.
