My name is John Hammond I'm a Retired Professional Boxer. They call me the Hammerman or Hammer. I was born in Biloxi, Mississippi, 1969. I fought in many Toughman, Badboy contest. Also in underground fighting. I've had 86 amateur fights and had 16 professional fights in my carrer. I have also been in Martial Arts for 20 years, Shoalin Kung Fu, Muil Thi Kickboxing. I am a 4th degree black belt instructor. Weapons I've been taught to use is: Swing Sticks, Sicklers, Butterfly Swords, Knives, tonfas and the Staff. I enjoy Kyacking, Conoeing, Hicking & Cooking. The foods I enjoy are :Lobster Tail, Crab Legs, Craw Fish, Fish. I also like Steak, Guacamole Salad, Fruits, Vegtables, and Pizza. I enjoy the outdoors.
