About Me

The Scortch are a new kickass punk/rock band from Finland. The Scortch was formed in 2006 as a nameless cover band by Tuomo, the basspounding lead vocalist and the skinbashing lunatic Juntti. Later The Scortch's lineup was completed by the axetrashing Esko. The fearless trio named the band the Scortch and soon started to write their own material. The Scortch is recording and sortinh out songs for their debut album, and the album going by the working title Shard will include punkass cuts written by the band. On their live gigs The Scortch play material off the Shard-album as well as scorched all-time favorite covers by some of the greatest names in punk.
