So… let’s see… I'm comin' up on “part deux†of my first century here on planet earth - sheesh, what a time warp! Jury's still out on the planet… and, well, Pluto’s been demoted so the choices are dwindling… LOL!
I’ve been quite busy carving out my little piece of earth’s pie and well, what we got here is a montage of seeming dichotomies that have made me quite a well-rounded, unique, wise, childlike, and well-balanced individual ~~ let’s just say my yin and yang are quite intact ~~ my left and right brains make a good match… LOL. There are those who’ve questioned (and were later amazed at) my ability to be simultaneously left & right brained. ~~ What can I say, if nothing else, I’m quite entertaining… and whichever you side you lean to, you can still find a place inside my head… LOL! I've been told I'm quite "boho"... and, yeah, that fits!!!
My life’s roads – the treacherous and the trustworthy - have all lead me to the same place ~~ a place that’s on every road if you look through the chaos we seem to create for ourselves ~~ it’s a place where life ‘n’ love are approached and governed with a passion for the true essence of the human spirit and life’s meaning.
I like to let my 'inner child' participate in anything I do... she provides motivation for the mundane. I am a passionate romantic (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) ~~ I was raised up north; now live down south ~~ I'm strong, yet sensitive ~~ assertive, yet demure ~~ wild, crazy, and playful, yet rational and level headed ~~ adventurous, yet coolly apprehensive ~~ free-spirited, yet spiritually strong ~~ fun-loving, yet well-grounded ~~ a kid at heart and with life, yet emotionally mature and balanced ~~ cute and funny, yet appropriately serious ~~ extroverted and out-going, yet sometimes shy ~~ satirically ironic, yet philosophical and analytical ~~ I believe in tough-love, yet am extremely compassionate and empathetic ~~ my Pollyanna self takes lots of time to "smell the roses". I refuse to allow cynicism to be synonymous with reality; and I'm someone who will never stop believing that "love conquers all" ...
