ORDER OF THE DRAGON (prev-the romance explosion)

Formed late in 2006 this original hard rock band from Maitland NSW burst onto the scene at Earthfest 2007, in a line up of near 20 bands, surprising everyone that was there with their kickin tunes and genuine mojo. Since then they have played a number of packed gigs, headlining on a number of occasions including Riley's Bar at Easts Bowlo, The Belmore Hotel, The Rutherford Hotel, The Lucky Country just to name a few. Dec 2007 saw them record their EP which will be released to much anticipation. Their style has been described as Metal/Rock with an undercurrent of Grunge/Punk. This makes sense considering some of the bands main influences include Metallica, Nirvana, Black Sabbath, Stone Temple Pilots, Blink 182, Greenday, Foo Fighters, just to name a few. In the short time they have been together they have gone from strength to strength, allready receiving radio airplay.
