Path Of Revelation

Path of Revelation (P.O.R.) is a Christian Rap duo dedicated to creating unique and passionate music to the Glory of Christ Jesus. P.O.R. was founded in 1999 in Detroit, MI, and consists of two members, Matthew Mitchell and Gabriel Parker (GabeHeartBEATS). Their passion for the Lord can be heard and felt from the beats to the rhymes they produce. Their mission and vision is to spread the passion of the Christ and see lives transformed by the power of God. P.O.R. originally involved a third member, Kandace Evans, a friend who also grew up with Matthew and Gabriel. In their early years, P.O.R. was motivated to record and release their first album, entitled “Revelation Knowledge,” (2003). The album helped to put their name on the local map. They began to minister all over Michigan, with the inspiration to spread the gospel to the prisons, the streets, the church and more. In 2004 the Lord transitioned Kandace Evans allowing her to pursue a solo career. In 2008 Path of Revelation signed with Upright Entertainment Record Label, under the headship of LaRue Hill. Matt and Gabe have been blessed to minister outside of their local areas, traveling to places like Indiana, Chicago, and South Carolina. P.O.R. has had the opportunity to share the stage with various artists such as: Tim Bowman, Rock Nation, Kierra “Kiki” Sheard, Crossmovement, Cory Red & Precise, and many others. Since their birth Matt and Gabe have been faithful members of the International Gospel Center, in Ecorse, MI where Rev. Marvin N. Miles is the Pastor.
