Dymez "Da General"

“Dymez Da General”, born Anthony Jamel Lee on Feb. 6th, 1982 to the late Barbara Ann Lee, and raised by his grandmother Ida Lee Reynolds, in the small town of Reidsville N.C, is a young starving Hip Hop artist. Known to wide variety of listeners, he has been pursuing his music career for about 8 years. Through his struggle for fame and lyrical recognition, he has a number of accomplishments such as performing at night clubs, public parks and events, and theatres. Some of his appearances are: • Club Nitro • Evil Empire • Rockingham Theatre • Black Family Day • National Guard Armory • Danville City Auditorium • Golden Suns Motorcycle Rally He has put out, and been featured on several mixtapes such as: • Hood Banga Vol.I-II • Welcome 2 Da Camp • Da Congress • Just Cause Vol.I-III Just To name a few. But Dymez is just not a Hip Hop artist. He also enjoys working with children. In his career while waiting patiently for his turn at fame, he has worked as a paraprofessional doing community support with kids and adults with behavior issues or who are mentally challenged. He also worked at a group home. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, writing, drawing, and eating homemade tacos. (LoveDemTacos!!) Dymez has a lot of goals in which he wishes to accomplish. As a young ambitious artist he wants to give back to his community as well by hosting talent showcases that let other starving artist present their talent. He also contributes back to certain organizations, schools, churches, etc. Inspired by the greats such as Biggie, Busta Rhymes, Jay-Z, 50, Eminem, Nas, Luda, and Lil Wayne just to name a few, his style, much like theirs, is what makes him very unique.
