I'd like to meet:

local musicians playing original material; owners and managers of local venues who encourage original local talent; web developers of all types, comedians of all ages sizes shapes and sexes; podcasters, videocasters, producers of integrated multimedia, owners of non-franchise restaurants; okay, okay, owners and managers of exceptional restaurants, even if they aren't one-of-a-kind; directors of local charities and organizations that are helpful to people and animals in need; all creative types including local artists (excluding con-artists, of course, which should be shot, but not with a hi-def camera), CCU and tech students wanting to get involved in the community around them, fishermen, golf ball retrievers, and owners of pugs, bugs, and worn out rugs.

New friend requests from individuals
we welcome new friends, unless they post bulletin spam. we read all the bulletins from our friends that are bands, clubs, restaurants, organizations, and businesses, to keep up on all the stuff going on around town, and to help us schedule taping for the tv show. sorry, but we'll remove individuals sending out multiple messages (i.e. like 4/day or 10/week) that have nothing to do with events going on around town, and would be of no interest to our tv show viewers.
