I like to escape the crushing mundanity of my everyday life in the following ways: a) Imagining what my life will be like when I finally develop my super powers. b) Creating fantastical scenes, figurative representations, sequential graphic narratives and illustrated curios through the careful manipulation of india ink and acrylic paints utilising the outmoded and reviled techniques of 'drawing' and 'painting'. c) Playing moronic and anachronistic novelty rock and roll, surf and garage music on the guitar, banjo and lap steel. d) Reading comics and their poor cousins, books. e) Flying kites. I also account for approximately 20 percent of local supergroups 'The Millipedes' and 'The Clench'
