The Human Factor Leadership Academy

About Me

Human Factor Academy partnering with Emmanuel Ofosu Yeboah to provide facilities for Challenged Athletes in Ghana
Human Factor Leadership Academy is committed to producing the type of leaders to help change the future for the continent of Africa. Our plans are to develop a campus that will educate and provide health care to grades K-College.
We have secured 100 acres of land, 40,000 books, and 200 computers that are currently in use in our after school programs in Ghana. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the idea that access transformation education and proper health care. Our mission is to develop a large parcel of land that we have purchased which is located in Akatsi, Ghana. This land is the future home to the academy and it will provide a new future to the area and the whole of Ghana.
This location for the Human Factor Leadership Academy is very strategic for reaching the whole of West Africa. The Human Factor Leadership Academy relies on the energy, talent, compassion and commitment of its volunteers and financial partners. The HFLA understands the responsibility for the proper development of citizenship to occur in Ghana and it plans to meet those obligations and deliver hope to the African people, so that they can change their own future.
