The Devils Moses emerged on the scene just over a year ago and such it was mistakenly lumped into the Hardcore movement. While our music shares elements of hardcore, our heavy guitar sound and high level of musicianship have more in common with the grunge and metal bands that have proceded us. Grabbing influences from such bands as Faith No More, Alice in Chains, Pantera and even Ween. The Devils Moses has for the most part focused on an aggresive, rock and roll-oriented sound. Nominated in four catagories, TheDevils Moses was the only band to take down two in the Valley Advocates Grand Band Slam 08' for Best New Band and Best Hardcore band.
