Please feel free to send a film for our 2008 screening. Our 7th annual LCLFF screening is scheduled for September 2008 at La Plaza Cultural Community Garden in New York City. We hope you can help us spread the love by telling people about us. LCLFF has been screening quality Latino Short Films at a free outdoor venue since 2002. In 2005 and 2006 we had our first screenings in Barcelona and Madrid. This year we are proud to announce our first screening in Distrito Federal, Mexico and Antwerp, Belgium. Our goal is to continue taking Latino Art in its many forms to our community here in New York and abroad. We accept short films made by, featuring and/or about Latino themes and/or Latino filmmakers. 2. All genres accepted. 3. Short films of 20 minutes maximum. 4. Submit your short film on 2 DVD's all regions. 5. Films should have subtitles in English or Spanish available upon request. Any other languages need to be discussed with the organization. 6. The works presented will be submitted to a pre-selection by our committee. You will be contacted if your film has been selected. 7. Submissions end August 20th for each edition. 8. All film submissions must be accompanied by a properly filled out Entry Form that can be found on our website www.loisaidacortos.com (one submission form per film submitted with the proper signature). 9. Two copies of your film needed for submission.
