With more than seven years of experience in the music business, Phil has worked at Essential Records, Provident Label Group and Gotee Records. Heading up promotional departments and working campaigns for artists such as Third Day, Jars of Clay, Relient K, Bebo Norman, Grits, Family Force 5, Storyside:B, Ayiesha Woods, John Reuben, Caedmon's Call, FFH and Casting Crowns, Phil has promoted over 50 top 10 singles and more than 20 #1 hits. Red Room Management is based out of Franklin, TN in the offices of True Artist Management (Tobymac, DC Talk, Mandisa, Matthew West). The vision of Red Room management is to provide direction and vision for artists to enable them to consistently see growth in their careers.
